    • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University (WKU) 
    • Previously worked as a packaging engineer specialist, where he focused on kaizens (improvement activities), quality investigations, and new product launches, and also developed packaging and machines
