Arturo Gonzalez joined Industrial Kiln & Dryer Group (IKD) in April 2022, coming onboard as a Technical Salesperson for Central South Mexico.

His job includes searching for and contacting potential customers for IKD, explaining our company’s capabilities, preparing proposals for potential work required by the customer, and offering support to the IKD crew while the job is being completed.

Arturo is a Mechanical Electrician Engineer with a master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering and a doctorate in Industrial Engineering. In addition, he is trained in Mechanical Analysis Vibration, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Process Analysis, certified in Food Grade Processing, Mechanical Reliability and Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Industrial Safety Audits, Dynamic Balancing on field and tables, static and dynamic.

Previous job experience in the industrial field includes 10 years as a Mechanical Engineer with an agricultural chemical company, 15 years as a Maintenance Superintendent with a chemical company, and 4 years as Maintenance Manager with another chemical company, all of these in Mexico.

Arturo has an adult son and 2 dogs – he lives in Mexico, and in his spare time enjoys jogging, listening to music, watching assembly mechanical videos, and watching sports.
