Donna Goodlett has been serving Industrial Kiln & Dryer Group (IKD) as a Key Accounts Specialist since 2007.  Prior to joining the IKD team, she worked in the banking field, in both customer service and management.  Donna’s professional training includes business services, banking, and real estate.

During her time with IKD, Donna said she recalls a couple of highly notable projects, when she was able to use her customer service and problem resolution skills, where she excels.

Donna had this to say about her time on the job:  “My whole career has been about serving customers and their immediate needs.  I take pride in building lasting relationships.  In order to do this, you need to get to know people and earn their trust – trust is developed by understanding the industry, and understanding the industry’s equipment.  Working with rotary equipment for this period of time gives me confidence to help resolve issues my customers may experience.”

She adds that she is grateful to able to share this knowledge.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys reading and spending time with her family – especially her granddaughters.She and her husband, Eric, reside in Taylorsville, KY.
