•    10+ years in the rotary drying business handling dryers, coolers, kilns, and ball mills.
•    Buck earned an associate’s degree from the University of Maryland.
•    Prior to working for IKD, he spent time in the oil fields as a land-based rig mover, then transitioned into offshore projects. He was also a Fabrication Manager for a glass recycling facility and served 7 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer.
