Eric Young joined the Industrial Kiln & Dryer Group (IKD) team in 2014, coming onboard as a Supervisor, and later moving on to Field Training Coordinator. Effective September 2021, he began serving as an IKD Project Manager.

Eric’s work experience prior to IKD includes several years with a major kiln company based in Sioux City, IA – he began work there in 1996.

He has taught the company’s IKDU seminar on at least 10 occasions and has also taught in-house training.

Eric has worked extensively on an international level, taking part in jobs located in Madagascar, Peru, Bolivia, Hong Kong, Equador, England, Mexico, and Canada.

A resident of Pensacola, FL, Eric has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren, and in his spare time, enjoys time on the beach and Texas Hold’em.
