Lauren Rivero joined the Industrial Kiln & Dryer Group (IKD) team in 2019, coming onboard to assist the company with international sales. Today she serves as an International Key Accounts Specialist, working specifically with Mexico, Central and South America.

A native of Bolivia, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of San Andres, one of the most prestigious higher learning facilities in Bolivia. She is also fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and most recently, English.

Lauren’s past work experience includes marketing, freelance writing, broadcast experience, and customer service – both in Bolivia and Brazil, where she lived for 4 years.

She currently resides in Kentucky with her husband, Alejandro, her young daughter, Helena, and their Brazilian cat, Dadinho. In her free time, she enjoys running, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lauren would like to express that she is grateful for the opportunity to work with IKD’s international customers, and will work hard to provide excellent service to her clients. She feels that her life in other countries has taught her to learn and fit in with different cultures, allowing her to create good, trusting relationships with those she serves.
