•    He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Briar Cliff University.
•    Over the years, Mike has worked extensively in kiln maintenance and is also a Certified Crane Operator, and authorized MSHA Trainer, and a Certified Rigging Instructor.
