•    39+ years in the rotary drying business handling dryers, coolers, kilns, and ball mills.
•    After completing Northeast Nebraska Tech's welding program, Rich began his welding career with a kiln service company. He also brings project management experience.
•    In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching Nebraska football.
