  • All measurements are analyzed in the same 3D File format, allowing a much clearer picture for understanding & interpretation.
  • Allows easy file sharing so you can share files among your work colleagues and/or with our team of Rotary Experts for deeper consultation.

  Ovality Sensor

Gather precise information on the elastic deformation of your tire. No shutdown required. The Ovality Sensor is small, easy to use and comes along with a tough transport case.

  Measuring Wheel

Accurately measure the cylindricity of your equipment to take educated corrective actions in case of deviations. This tool is excellent in preventing over-grinding of tires and support rollers, a common error at many plant sites.

  IDM Tool Kit

The Inductive Distance Measurement Tool Kit can be used during normal operation, without disruptions. It performs run-out measurements with extreme accuracy on rotary kilns and rotary dryers. Measure without having to clean out the grease on the gear and prevent dog leg conditions.

  Kiln Shell Laser

Wirelessly measure the deformation in rotary shells. Measure just one cross section or the entire shell. Gain insight with an exclusive 3D color coded graph of your shell. This tool helps prevent breakdowns and tire damage at the plant site, and improves brick life.

  Rotary Inclinometer

The Rotary Inclinometer measures the axle inclinations of slow rotating parts during operation on Rotary Kilns, Dryers, or Ball Mill. Its extremely high accuracy makes rotary alignments on units work much easier.
